Our Story

A care village built from experience, family values, and heart.

A note from
our Chairman

“I built Lavender Fields because I wanted something that didn’t exist when we needed it. Not just a care home, but a proper village, a place with soul.

Somewhere with the hustle and bustle of daily life: people having a tea and a chat, grandkids enjoying lunch with their grandad, neighbours pottering in the garden, sunny walks and quiet reading, a trip to the pub, a little pampering after a sweat in the gym. That’s what life should still look like.

I didn’t want a place that felt like the end, I wanted something that felt like the start of a new chapter.

We support people through every step, whether they’re still mostly independent or need a helping hand day to day. And when families are worried, we’re here for them too.

As we always say, we’re one big family here. My son Anthony is now our CEO and works closely with me every day to keep this place true to what we imagined from the start.”

Why Families Trust Us

It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it.

Families often tell us that Lavender Fields “just feels different.” There’s a warmth and calmness here that’s hard to describe. But once you see it, you’ll understand why people choose us, and stay with us, for the long term.
