Helen Cooper Joins Lavender Fields as Contracted Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to introduce Helen Cooper, who has now joined Lavender Fields Care Village as our contracted Chief Operating Officer. Helen brings a wealth of experience from both clinical practice and social care leadership, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our community.

Helen began her career as an Occupational Therapist, working in secure mental health settings before moving into the NHS. Around 14 years ago she transitioned into social care, and in the last six years, she has served as Director and Co-Founder of Delphi Care Solutions, supporting providers with quality, compliance and improvement nationally. She will remain a Non-Executive Director there while focusing her work here at Lavender Fields.

In her new role, Helen will be working closely with our managers and teams to support daily operations, strengthen systems and ensure our Village continues to run smoothly, confidently and consistently. Her focus is simple: to help us deliver the exceptional care, warmth and hospitality our residents and families expect and deserve.
